Step 1: Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to register your Team Grill product. By activating your Team Grill warranty, you will recieve a number of important benefits, including:

  • Warranty Protection -- Registration is proof that your Team Grill Warrany is active and that you are protected under Team Grill's warranty policies. (To view the Team Grill warranty, click here.)
  • Proof-of-Ownership -- Registration may serve as proof of purchase for insurance purposes in case of theft, fire or flood. We will keep you model number, serial number and date of purchase on record.
  • Product Safety Notification -- Registration will help us notify you in the unlikely event a safety notification about your product is required.
  • Team Grill Mailing List (Optional) -- Receive the latest news and information from Team Grill, including recipes, new product news, events and contests.

 

Activate Online, By Fax or By Mail

You can activate your Team Grill Warranty online, by fax or by mail.

To activate your warranty online, you will need:

  • The model number of your product (usually located inside the grill cabinet or on the rear of the grill) .
  • The serial number of your product (usually located inside the grill cabinet or on the rear of the grill).
  • A scanned copy or photo of your receipt in either .PDF or .JPG format. The date of purchase and purchase price must be displayed clearly.

To activate your warranty by fax or mail, you will need:

  • The model number of your product (usually located inside the grill cabinet or on the rear of the grill).
  • The serial number of your product (usually located inside the grill cabinet or on the rear of the grill).
  • A copy of your receipt. The date of purchase and purchase price must be displayed clearly.
